Today we're talking about how often the credit bureaus correct vs. delete accounts, using eOscar's numbers from 2018-2019. This will break down and explain each % between deletion due to no data furnisher response within 30 days, deletion at data furnisher's direction, correction, and "verified as accurate". If you'd like to learn how to write letters that get DELETIONS, head to https://bio.my740.com and click on store, and choose "tactics".

⭐️ VIDEO NOTES
Hey, what's up today we are outside answering a question submitted by multiple subscribers. And I'm actually going to pull up the data right here next to me. Now, if you have these burning questions that you absolutely need answers to make sure that you subscribe, hit that bell for notifications, and then ask me in the comments, it might be your question that I answered in one of my next videos. Now, here is the question how often are the Bureau's actually deleting something versus either just outright ignoring you verifying it or correcting it. And the numbers that we're using come from E Oscar, and they're actually a little bit older, because there's a difference between pre pandemic numbers and post pandemic numbers, meaning the numbers that we have right now. Alright, so these are pre pandemic numbers 2018 through 2019. And it's actually pretty startling because data deleted because the furnisher failed to report within 30 days is, as you can see, only 6.27% 6.27%. And the numbers are actually even lower now, because the bureaus are getting 1.5 million disputes per month per Bureau, right? That's versus what 150 to 180,000 that they were getting before. So when you see all those videos about, oh, just send out these letters. And if they fail to respond within 30 days, which they're going to then, you know, you just get it removed. Okay, well, yeah, 6.2% of the time, Out of what 1000s and 1000s, and 1000s and 1000s of disputes. And let's look at the other one 17.74% data deleted per furnishers direction. So as you can see, this isn't as number one, simple as you thought it was. And number two, as many lesions as you thought it was. So what's the point behind all of this? The point is, if you're disputing online, if you're using illegal methods, like the illegal identity theft method, or you're using templates, then honey, you're gonna have a really difficult time getting those results. Alright. Now, before we go any further, first thing that you want to understand is that I have 800 videos that do show you the right way to do this that do walk you through step by step, how do you use the information right on your credit report like Hello, right in front of you on your credit report, to get those deletions or the corrections that you want? It just has to be done the right way. And when it is done the right way. Obviously, you're leveraging yourself for results. All right. So let's look at the next one information verified 22.37 information verified a little over 20% of the time? No, it's probably somewhere around 40 to 60% of the time now. And the next one is modified per furnishers instructions 53.64% of the time. No, what does that mean? What it means is, you are more likely and this is a little bit of a secret here, you're more likely to get a correction than you are to get a deletion. So if you have late payments, or even student loans with late payments, or anything that can actually be corrected to increase your credit score, you are more likely to get that correction than you are to get the deletion. And the reason behind this is simple. Every single time that the Bureau's actually remove something, number one, it costs them money, and they are in the business of making money off of your information. And number two, it takes more manpower and all of that. And obviously there is a well maybe it's not so obvious, I guess there is a per deletion charge for each Oscar, alright. So you have a much, much higher possibility to go after your late payments. And even on accounts where there's a multitude of late payments, even just to make it look a little bit nicer, so that you can go and get a loan or whatever, it's highly recommended that you try that first versus trying to delete it because I mean, look 53% versus six point 6.27%.
I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the world , so that right there should tell you that you need...
