How to Remove Verified Negative Accounts on Your Credit Report

🔮 Today we're talking about how to remove verified negative accounts on your credit report and if you'd like to access the docs head to https://ask-kristin.samcart.com/products/verified-accounts. One thing that stops a lot of people from getting results is when the credit bureaus "verify as accurate", and they don't know how to dispute the next round. I attempt to explain it in this video, as well as what verified even means. Check out all 3 credit reports and scores with the same credit monitoring I show in my videos and use for my clients with IdentityIQ: https://member.identityiq.com/help-you-to-save-money.aspx?offercode=431134PT 🧙‍♀️ GET HELP WITH YOUR CREDIT JOURNEY DIY awesome free tools, tutorials and downloads - https://vault.my740.com 🦸‍♀️ DFY credit sweep service free consultation 🦸‍♀️ https://my740.com Let's jump on a call and see if I can help! ️ VIDEO NOTES Hey, what's up tonight we're talking about how to remove verified negative accounts on your credit report, the very first thing that you want to understand is that nothing has actually been verified, they're never going to send you anything to actually verify it. And there's been no actual investigation. Now make sure you watch to the end of this video, because by the end of this, you're going to understand how to not only remove the negative items that have been, quote, unquote, verified, but also where to access this checklist so that you can go and use this to get your actual results, right. You see, so many people get stuck when the Bureau's say, oh, it's verified? Well, now what do I do? How do I move on to the next round? Well, that is where this comes in. And we're going to start with the difference in methods. And this is very, very important. Maybe you think that it's too basic for you, but you're watching this video, because these things are still on your credit report. And hey, if you understood this stuff, maybe they wouldn't be. So watch this video to the end. Alright, so here's the deal, you don't want to send in any template. And there's a very, very important reason why you see when the Bureau's get your letter, and they read it, what they're doing is they're looking to see if the letter has been received before. In other words, a template, right? Because you're sending in something that you didn't write right then based off the actual information on your credit report. So when it comes back that it is now they're like, hey, guess what? That's it verified without investigation. And that's why you're going to see these things come back just a couple of days after you sent it as verified. How could you have possibly verified it when Hello, I just sent it a couple of days ago? Well, it's because you didn't take the time to go and find the reason on the credit report that would remove the accounts. But that's okay, I'm not parading you, I'm showing you how to stop doing that and start getting results. So we have a couple of things you shouldn't be doing section 609, which has nothing to do with contracts and proof and everything to do with your right as a consumer to get a copy of your credit report. Other templates like 1630 ones, and yes, I am also guilty of sending those when I first started doing this before I figured out about factual based disputes, I was sending those alright. And that's where you just, you know, like, Hey, give me a general verification, do have general investigation, I have no idea why this should actually be removed here some law. What's the method of verification? Here's my third request, maybe a 605, no permission letter, or I guess I get thrown section 609. Right. There's nothing that strategic, there's nothing that points out and says, Hey, this is why you need to remove it. And never ever, ever dispute online. I'm not even go into that one. Because we already have other videos and identity theft. If you are using identity theft, you are setting yourself up for failure if you are not an actual victim. All right, just so you know, you can do six months in jail. And that's for fraud. All right. And that's not even talking about perjury for doing the affidavit. Now when you're using factual just look at how many other dispute reasons that you have this goes all the way down, we have determined strategy attack the biggest impact notice a dispute violation target next best reasons. Then you have 17 other options available evolution line method date last reported to prove no investigation took place, send out next corresponding dispute for creditor, creditor or collector targeting the facts and nothing more, how to actually do it and when and where now, that looks like a lot more than just saying here's my first request, here's my second, here's my third, so on and so forth. Now, the next part that you want to understand is that each and every element on your credit report actually influences the other. .

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
