How to Write Dispute Letters to Credit Bureaus Using a Credit Report

🔮 Today I'm going to show you how to write dispute letters to the credit bureaus using a credit report and nothing else. Why? Because everything we need is on the report; we take what the credit bureaus, creditors, and collectors report themselves. We are doing an impromptu dispute letter writing workshop (this is a replay). And if you have negative items that you want to remove collections, foreclosures, repossessions, bankruptcies, what ever, then this is the video that you want to watch. You see, a lot of people have been reaching out to me lately saying, Hey, I understand that you take the information from the credit report, but I have no idea what to do with it. Alright, so we're going to go over this one credit report for this client, and I'm going to show you how I would create a dispute letter. And over here on the left, you see I've already started my dispute letter, name, date, and Bureau and address, I already have my first paragraph. And now all we have to do is put our disputed accounts and we're going to write this together. And you can use this to remove collection charge off repos, doesn't matter late payments, inquiries you name it, if it's on your credit report, and you want to dispute it, this is how you're going to do it. First thing you need to do is go find your accounts dispute. And let's make this a little bit bigger. Alright, that is good enough. So first thing that you want to understand is that these Telecom, self reported accounts will actually show up as collections, unfortunately. So my recommendation is unless you absolutely have to do it, don't put them on the credit report, because as you can see right here, where it says status or account type says unknown credit extension, review or collection. So when a potential lender is actually looking this up, they see the word collection, they're like, Hey, wait a second, let's not do that. So the first thing that you're going to want to do is you're going to want to correct so it's going to be Telecom, we're just going to put whatever that account number is, which we call 12345. We're going to say, this is not a collection, update to a self reported installment account, and there's two of those, so you're going to put it twice, let's go find our next account that we need to dispute. And it's actually C A C. So we're going to right over here. CAC account number 6009. Now, what you want to realize is that you cannot correct 120 days late, you just can't he can't do it. And if you look at the payment history, you can see that it's literally like always 120 days late. Now we only have one of these, as far as I know, because I'm just looking at this right now I'm recording this video to dispute so we need to choose something that is going to allow us to possibly potentially get rid of it. So let's look at the payment history. 120 120 120. So this person, according to this payment history is just always 120 days late. Let's go and assume that there is more 120 days late prior to that, but because we don't have the information, I'm going to say that the date last active is incorrect. So date last active of 10 120 16 is wrong. Delete this account. I'm doing this because I have absolutely no clue what the rest of the payment history actually says. Now utility self reported this actually goes with the first one so we're going to say utility self reported. we're again going to say 12245 Because that's just a really long account number. And we're gonna say this is not a collection of the two self reported and if they don't want to do it, we're just going to ask them to get rid of it. Alright, so let's go find our next one. This one's okay. This one has only payment. So now, we are going to dispute this Austin C AP BK and this is account number 800787. We are going to say I was not late May 2021. Update to paid as agreed and remove this inaccurately payment now the reason we're doing this is because the only way for them to legally verify late payment is to provide a copy of their meaning the actual data furnishers think statement they're never going to do that.

Live Posts on Craigslist, Changing IPs and More!

Craigslist ad posting- live posts, changing IPs, tips on writing and more! Tonight, I'm going to post something short and to the point about posting on Craigslist. There are a few ways to beat getting flagged and ghosted. Have you ever noticed that your ads do not go live for 20 minutes? They have to pass through CL's algorithms first. Here are a few ways to combat this: Write different ads- For each account, I post 1 ad per day. Each body is different. I change it every 3 days. Use different titles. Each of my ads have unique titles. Post 1 ad per day per account. If it allows you to post 3 or 5, ONLY post 1. This will help in keeping the live/flagged ratio in your favor. This is per section. For example, I only post in services => financial.  Craigslist only wants local posts, so change your IP address according to the location you are posting in. See the images below. I use HMA software (HideMyAss)..  Clear your browsing history after each post- histor...
