Alright, so here's the deal, the credit bureaus and the creditors are required to enter the notice of dispute to your credit report within a 30 day period from when they received your first dispute nine times out of 10 they are not going to do this regardless of what the law says the process is really really simple. If you send a dispute and they do not put the required notice of dispute in the comment section within 30 days from the date that they received your first dispute now it is a violation the same thing for the collector, how do you actually utilize this violation?
