⭐️ Video Notes:
I've given you four different credits, we've dispute secrets, and you won't be able to find them anywhere else other than right here. So make sure you stay to the end. Because the fourth secret is going to be the one that can literally be the difference between you removing your negative items and not. Now, you can access this entire thing right now using the link at the top of your screen, as well as down in the description. But make sure that you watch to the end because again, this can change everything for you.
Before we get started, you'll see a link right here at the top of your screen as well. In case a credit sweep is something that you want to do, but don't have the time to or want to make sure that it's done the right way. Now, you can head over to my seven forty.com schedule a call with me and I will see if this is something that I can help you with. Because without the right tactics, you may have to wait a full seven and a half years for removal. And I mean, obviously nobody wants to do that. So use the link to schedule with me. Or you can use the link to access this yourself and go over at your own pace. But this is the only place that you're going to find all of these four secrets together in one place. And if you watch this video, you're getting them for free, get your own copy, use the link in the description alright, and if you implement the following secrets, you'll give yourself the best possible chance of getting at least a 740 credit score with zero negative items. Now, let's jump right into this secret number one removing debt buyer collections like portfolio recovery and coming up. We also have medical collections as well as charge offs as well as late payments. All right. So what to look for past due the account has already passed you by default, and therefore it can not report a past due. Additionally, this is a closed ended account, which means that there's no on time payment and no past due payment limit. This is a closed ended account. Unlike revolving there should be no limit. Late payments, this account is late by default and therefore should not report late payments, this is going to work for portfolio recovery, middling Calvary, second chance so on and so forth. NCAA even in an example dispute is going to be delete collection for an accuracy because it reports me as late on date and date, even though this is a collection which cannot report late payments, secret number two, and again, stay all the way down to secret number four, because if you only pay attention to one, two, and three, this is not going to change this for you. It's not going to be enough removing third party collections like medical or the gym, what you're going to be looking for is unknown collection. And I'm going to give you a reason here. So Equifax is notorious for reporting an unknown collection, even though they're paid to report the account, right? I mean, doesn't even make any sense. How do you know how do you not know who's reporting this? using common sense, this would mean that they're unable to verify the account because they don't even know who is paying them to report it right. Now, section 623 states that if the account may be inaccurate data furnisher is required to report the name and address for the consumer to dispute directly with them. Now, this takes away your right to dispute with them and therefore this is a violation of Section 623 limit. This is a closed ended account unlike revolving there should be no limit late payments, this account is late by default and therefore should not report late payments and the notice of dispute now using the validation of debt method, which you can also find a link down in the resources. At the bottom of this, we can get the collectors for failure to enter the notice of dispute within 30 days of the date of first dispute pursuant to section 8078 of the FDCPA and an example the dispute this account is unknown and cannot be verified as accurate. Section 623 requires a furnisher name and address to be displayed conspicuously be I disputed this on date. And notice the dispute was required to report within 30 days on date, I pulled my credit report and the notice was not there. Delete this account for violation of Section 623. Now, we're gonna talk about secret number three, and this is for removing late payments. Okay, so what you're going to look for for late payments and again, make sure that you stay to secret number four, which is for removing charge offs, and that can also be used for foreclosures, student loans, repossessions, many, many, many different things. And that's why it's so so important. Okay, so removing late payments, you're gonna look for the oldest late payment you can see on the credit report, because the older the late payment, the harder it is to verify. Now you're gonna choose the oldest and say that you are not late. The burden of proof is on them to legally verify. And my friend the only way for them to do this is to furnish a copy of the data furnishers bank statements and that's never going to happen, and inconsistent reporting, you're going to check the late payment history and make sure that each bureau is reporting the same information. Each Bureau must report the same leet payment date otherwise it's inaccurate data First delinquency Now similar to the oldest late payment, you're going to check the account reporting for the first date of delinquency and state that you were not late to remove that account. This is something a little bit different. Instead of asking for the lates to be removed, ask for the account to be removed due to the late payment inaccuracies, specifying the facts. Now an example of a dispute like this would be I paid on time for date, please remove this late payment for an accuracy and update to paid on time never late. Another way to do this is remove this account for an accuracy because because I paid on time for date. Now, if you see there's a difference between updating and removing the entire account, okay. Now another thing I disputed this on date, and the notice of dispute was required to report within 30 days on date, I pulled my credit report and the notice was not there, delete the account for violation of Section 623. Now we have arrived at secret number four, removing charge offs, and we're going to skip to the bottom real quick, because here's the deal. This can be used for charge offs, student loans, accounts with late payments that you want to remove entirely foreclosures, repossessions, regular collections. All right. So this is why this is so so important that I want for you to punch in but again, use the link at the top of your screen or down in the description and you can access this yourself okay, and smash the like if you are finding this valuable subscribe so that you can know exactly what needs to be done to remove these things from your credit report permanently. And now let's talk about what you should be looking for date last paid. Now here's the deal. This is the date that you last paid and never paid again, the date must be the same on all three bureaus date last reported they're required to update when the Bureau's verify is accurate. If they verify but do not change his date when it actually occurred, it's likely no investigation actually occurred right so nothing took place. Oldest late payment that you can see on the credit report. Now again, so the older the late payment the harder it is to verify you're going to choose the oldest and say that you were not late burden of proof is on them we're going to check for inconsistent reporting, check the first date of delinquency. And this is again similar to the oldest late payment check the reporting for first day of delinquency and state that you are not late on that DM to remove the entire account
you are also going to check for late payment history such as charge off or late payments after the account was closed. Here's the reason once an account is closed there should be zero late payment history like charge off okay and this is unless you were actually paying on the account like you know it was charged off you made an agreement and you're paying on the account Okay. Other than that there should be zero late payments and zero further activity all right, monthly payments no monthly payment on a closed account transferred or sold. So if this was transferred or sold, it should not have a balance or past due and only the new furniture like a new collector should report the balance okay so here's an example dispute I paid on time for date delete account for false reporting account reports three different dates last paid which means this account will be removed naturally on three different months or years delete this account. This account is closed but reports a monthly payment delete I disputed this on date in the notice of dispute was required to report within 30 days we already went over that part pursuant to section 623. And again this can be used for virtually everything except for late payment update, medical and bankruptcy judgments and tax lien so everything else will fall into this category alright. There are additional resources here like the 290 dispute reasons for cheat sheets five roadmaps, eight letter validation of dead serious follow up tactics bulletproof training book, How to get faster results, how to remove verified accounts, how to write the perfect dispute letter dispute reason generator and the credit suite credit repair software. Alright, so this is literally packed with everything if you want to go over this at your own pace, then very simply, again, use the link at the top of the screen or down in the description to go access this right now or schedule that call with me at my seven forty.com So you don't have to worry about all these things and whether you are doing this the right way or the wrong way. Okay. And I will see you later make sure that you go and click on this next video and I will see you
