Credit Repair Dispute Letter Tactics - Why So Many if it's So Easy?

Today we're talking about dispute letter tactics for the credit bureaus, creditors, and collectors as well as the reason why there are so many of them. Many consumers incorrectly assume that removing accounts from credit reports is very easy, when in fact it's extremely difficult and must be done the right way. Otherwise, why would there be so many tactics and methods if all it took was all 68 million consumers sending out the same letter? Obviously, it takes much more than 1 letter or method and that's why we are breaking this down and going over what some of the available dispute letter methods and tactics are and why they should or should not be used (such as identityiq theft credit sweeps!). ✨ Check out all 3 credit reports and scores with the same credit monitoring I show in my videos and use for my clients with IdentityIQ: ✨ https://member.identityiq.com/help-you-to-save-money.aspx?offercode=431134PT 🧙‍♀️ GET HELP WITH YOUR CREDIT JOURNEY DIY awesome free tools, tutorials and downloads - https://vault.my740.com 🦸‍♀️ DFY credit sweep service free consultation 🦸‍♀️ https://my740.com Let's jump on a call and see if I can help! ⭐️ Video notes: Okay, so I just have a question for you today. If removing negative accounts from your credit report collections charge offs, repossessions, foreclosures, bankruptcies, judgments, late payments, is as simple as copy and paste your information to a letter that's already been sent out, then why do we have all of these dispute letter tactics, right? Credit Bureau tactics, collector tactics, creditor tactics? And that's not even including all the complaints that we haven't even gone over yet, right? If it's as simple as copying and paste assembly line, one size fits all dispute letter tactics, then why do we have all of these methods? Take a look at the screen? Look at this, we have paid one, we have page two, and then we have page three? Well, the answer to this is that you shouldn't just be putting all of your eggs in one basket and sending out a dispute letter that has been sent out and been received by millions of consumers before. Don't you think that the Bureau's automatically send out their own template back to you, when you send out a letter that has already been received before? Don't you know that the dispute letter process is open? Read template? Yes. Automatically verified without an investigation template? No. Okay, let's process this dispute. So when you are just copying and pasting information to any dispute letter, guess what you are giving up your investigation, it is going to come back as verified as accurate without anything else. And now you are back to square one. So what do you do? Well, as I just said, we have three different pages of dispute letter tactics. And I have videos that cover a crapload of this, because if you don't do it the right way, you're not going to remove negative items. This is something that is so difficult. That's why there's no laws against people who like serial, screw up their credit and do it all over again, because it doesn't happen. Right? If there were if it were like that, then they would make laws, they would do things that would ban and stuff like this, right? And because it doesn't exist, it tells you something, right? There's laws against CPN. There's laws against this, there's laws against that identity theft, and all that kind of crap. But are there laws against people who go and, you know, multiple times screw up their credit? And do it all over again? Get more credit ball? No, there are not. So how do you remove these things? How do you remove your collections? How do you remove your charge offs? Well, it is not easy, it is not easy. And unless you learn these things, your negative items are not going to come off up till the statute of limitations. So what do you do? Well, you either learn to do these the right way. Or you go to someone that is going to either a know how to do these things or be know how to remove the negative items legally and permanently. Okay, let me just give you an example. So we have a factual follow up tactic. And this is going to be page 85. Inside my course on tactics, right. So here's the deal. I have a video that breaks this down. Let's talk about indirect dispute tactics. Do I have videos on this? Yes, I do. Okay. So another thing is, is if you're with a company that is just sending out dispute letters on your behalf, or not showing you what they're doing, they're obviously sending out dispute letter templates. And guess what? They're not doing what's in your you the consumer, your best interest? Why? Because it is minimal investment into you the consumer and maximum profit into their pocket, right? So you have to really ask yourself a question. Is this company writing out? You know, factual dispute letters? are *I may receive compensation for external links, such as IdentityIQ

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
