Video notes: What's up, I've put together an awesome credit sweep highlight reel for you. So they you can cut out all the nonsense and go right to understanding how to create dispute letters that get results. Now, without further ado, let's get right into it. Or you can check out any of the other resources that I have down in there. Now, let's get right to it. Since I'm going to show you right here how you would use this. I'm going to hover over each part of these but I'm going to give you a very simple factual dispute reason now factual pausing right there real quick factual means that we're not just saying this is verified, we're not just saying delete this, we're saying delete this because of very specific facts that are proving that this account is in accurate, right? So here's an example of delete this account for inaccuracy, because the date last active is inconsistent. Experian reports to 1315, Equifax, 526 18, and TransUnion 10 320 21. Obviously, just looking at this TransUnion range that account and that's actually a violation. But for the purpose of understanding this, this is why I did this, no, you're not going to see outcome on here. And we're gonna go over that part last, however, let's go and look at the first part. So delete. Alright, so the action is going to be delete, remove, update, or correct, okay, this is where you're letting them know that outcome requested for the disputed item. And this is different than that outcome as in step five, okay. So delete this account, remove this account, update or correct this account. Okay. Now, the second thing is, is that you also need to let them know what it is that you're disputing. Right. And this is actually three. So I have a little bit backwards, but it's because of the way that I wrote my dispute reason, you need to let them know whether you're just getting the account or personal information in group public record, like a bankruptcy, whatever. I normally write account, delete this account, unless I'm specifically disputing something like a foreclosure or a late payment, delete this late payment or update this late payment, because I was never late, right? So delete this account for inaccuracy. Because pausing there, FCRA says, Yeah, you can reasonably because it's inaccurate, unverified or incomplete. Right. But if you look at Metro two, which is the only thing that the Bureau's use it specifically states inaccurate for the reason for removal other than fraud. So why are we going to use something that cannot be verified? Or why are we going to use something that is incomplete when they only care about pure receipt? Okay, so this is why we're just waiting for inaccuracy, I can literally turn anything into a violation dispute or inaccurate, okay? Because is your justifier. Okay, this is a justifier and changes the way your request is received, and allows you to explain why something should be corrected or removed instead of just saying delete it or correct it.

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
