And we're doing this by going over each and every single step. Alright, so we're actually going to go and we are going to rank these. Okay? So the very first thing that we want to do is pull our credit reports. So that is step number one, we're going to pull a report with either identity IQ or smart credit. Now we have to go and find the next step. So that would be locate all derogatory accounts, right? So you need to know what it is that you're actually disputing. Okay, so let's go find our third step. Now, it doesn't matter what you are disputing. This can go for literally any type of negative item collections, charge offs, repo, so on and so forth. So we have Loki all derogatory accounts pulling down your credit score, that's going to be three, and I'm gonna explain why they are in this order. And then I believe it rank accounts for most hurtful on the credit report to least. And we are going to analyze each derogatory account for inaccuracies and violations. And then I believe we are going to analyze all inaccuracies and violations per account to rank them as most likely to delete that count to least. And then let's go find the next one. It's definitely not this one. So send out your letter is going to I think it's 12. Repeat steps five through 11, I might be wrong. Let's go and put this one as 10. We're going to put this one is for this one is 12. This is seven. And again, we are going to go over each of these. Alright, I think I have them in the correct order. So let's go. Let's find out. Okay, so here's the deal. What we're going to do is very, very simple. And my thing is actually, there we go. Okay, so obviously, we're pulling the credit report with smart, smart credit or identity IQ. We're going to locate all derogatory accounts, we're going to look at all derogatory accounts pulling down the credit score, because not all negative accounts need to be disputed, then we're going to rank the accounts for most hurtful on the credit report to least, we're going to analyze each derogatory account for inaccuracies and violations, analyze all inaccuracies and violations for each account, rank them as most likely to delete, obviously to least, we were going to write a letter outlining who you are, who the letter is going to one to two sentences of why you're writing a letter, then below the one or two sentences for each account, you're going to include a creditor name and account number and the full dispute reason you created in what is it two steps ago, and then using the oh, let's go and move it. So I messed up, it's actually eight than nine. So using the journal formula, right a dispute reason for each account for inaccuracy or violation listed as most likely to delete and then we're going to enter this disputed excuse me disputed account below our one to two sentences, and then we're going to send out our letter either via regular mail or certified mail. We're going to wait four days for the mail to be delivered plus 30 days for an investigation and pull a new report on the 31st day and then we are going to check for the notice of dispute per each account on round one. Check for deleted accounts, change information and violations and then we're going to repeat steps five through 11 If you have any questions about this, post it down in the comments smash the like if you didn't know that this was how it works. But there's so many people that are disputing incorrectly and that is why we created this on the easiest way to explain how to dispute any negative item on a credit report and I will see you tomorrow *I may receive compensation for external links, such as IdentityIQ

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
