Video notes: don't owe $1,500 Delete this account. Okay, so pausing right there, you do not want to use a balance reason unless it is factual. Okay, so if you actually owe $1,500 Don't use this. Alright, so moving on round two, how did you verify this account is accurate? When I told you that I don't owe $1,500? Where's my sign contract pursuant to section 609? Because you don't have it, you need to delete this. Alright, so regarding Section 609, it literally states that they're required to actually provide the application or paperwork that was filled out when this account was opened. Okay, so the key word here is application not contract, there's no contract when you know, you go and, you know, go to Capital One comm and apply for an account, okay, you're just checking some boxes, putting some personal information there and agreeing to their terms and conditions. Okay. So this is not the way to dispute this section 609 has nothing to do with charge offs, or credit cards or loans or anything, okay? The only way that you would want to use this is if you have an unverified account, such as medical, or, you know, some other type of collection, okay, so don't use it on charge offs. Alright, so round three, you need to remove this because the open data shown with three different dates on my credit report, and this is an inaccuracy in the FCRA requires my account to be inaccurate. Do nobody cares about the open data on the account, okay, it's not the date of last activity is not the date last reported, it's not the date of last payment, and it has no bearing on the account or its, or its accuracy, okay? Or the validity. So, don't bother with the open date around for you are still showing a balance because this was written off, there should be no balance, this is no violation, delete this account. Just because an account is written off, it does not mean that there should be a zero balance. If you didn't pay it, there should be a balance, okay? So what a write off means is that you did not pay you robbed them, and they had to claim as no income, right? And then now they can actually sell it for you know, whatever the heck they want you to whoever the heck they want you and then they can actually collect the 400% Okay, so please get the facts right before you dispute around five you have this account listed as a collection but it's a charge off and because of this it needs to be removed. So once again, we're using the wrong dispute reasons and we're disputing the wrong thing. Nobody gives a crap about the terms Okay, and it's not going to get your account deleted I have never in over 10 years removed an account with this. Okay, moving on round six and we're just about to go to the correct way to do this. Okay, so round six, you didn't respond to any of my disputes and this is a stop by silence This means if I were wrong, you would have said so remove No, dude. Not the way to do it. Okay, so just because they didn't respond to you doesn't mean it wasn't you know, investigated and all that kind of stuff. So don't use it. Now, I will tell you that there is a sample by silence dispute letter, but it is for collections okay. So this is the correct way to do it using the correct flow in the hierarchy. So starting with round one, this account shows three different dates last active experience to 2013, Equifax, 520 12 and TransUnion 520 17. Additionally, this account has been reached prior to my first dispute remove this account.

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
