If the credit bureaus correct your negative items instead of removing them, this is exactly what you're going to do. Number one, figure out by looking at your credit report if you use the best dispute reason on the previous round, first thing that you're gonna want to look at is whether you asked for them to correct the account, delete the account, or if you didn't tell them the outcome that you were looking for. Number two, on your next dispute round, you're going to want to do the following three things. A breakdown your account and find the number one inaccuracy or violation. That will not correct the account but remove it. Now this part is the most important so make sure you stay so then be write a dispute reason that includes what you're disputing why you're disputing it, the facts that back up why you want it removed for an accuracy or a violation. And make sure to stipulate that you want it removed from your credit report for violation or inaccuracy. That is it. That is the general formula that I personally
