Alright, so I have a couple of flashcards here and we're going to use these to learn how to determine whether to update or remove the account. Alright, so if the account is paid, and is older than your other accounts, leave this account, you do not want to change your scorecards, and you also don't want to change the total length of credit history as well as your average length. All right. So to leave this account and try to clean it up dispute the oldest late payment that you can see in an attempt to get them to remove a late payment history for failure to legally verify Alright, so the next one, this account is unpaid and the oldest account on your credit file, because the account was unpaid. Alright, if you decide to dispute it for removal, my recommendation would be again to go after the late payment history. And you can do this by attacking first day delinquency, 90 late payments

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
