Yes, you heard me right $1.5 million in less than 11 months. Now stay to the end of this video because not only am I giving you all 20 credit products that we use to build his file from zero, all the way up to a 200 to $500,000 mortgage, as well as the links to help you if you have to first remove your negative items from your credit report prior to beginning to build. And we're starting with self lender. So this is actually the number one place that I would send anybody that is needing to build their credit. So after the self lender installment loan, which virtually anybody can get approved for as long as there's no bankruptcy, we're going to go to the self lender secured credit card. After that we have credit builder credit cards, and you can have two of those they are lower limits obviously, about 200 or 250. But there's a bit of a caveat here you can also become an authorized user on to other people's cards. We also have the Capital One secured credit card, then we go graduate to unsecured credit card with self lender. We also have an open sky secured credit card and your credit limit is equal to whatever your deposit was. And for this account, it was $10,000 first progress secured credit card, Indigo unsecured credit card, the credit one unsecured credit card, credit one American Express unsecured credit card. And then now we have 10 different steps that we use for credit maintenance and we're still building here Okay, so we have the Capital One journey unsecured credit card, the Capital One platinum unsecured credit card, Bosco of store card, and that's because capital one owns boss Cobbs, Macy's store Card Capital One classic unsecured credit card, and then now we're in the higher limit credit card. So we have the Discover eight unsecured credit card, we got a 30 to $40,000 vehicle and I say 30 to $40,000. Because first we went and got a $30,000 vehicle loan and then three months later, we also went and got a $46,000 vehicle loan. After that we got a Mercury unsecured credit card. And it was the exact same limit as the Discover eight, then pedal unsecured credit card and it was $3,000 higher than Mercury. And then we also went and got a $250,000 mortgage loan, although he actually did qualify for a $500,000 mortgage loan. And this was actually during the pandemic. So if you took those same rules and applied them, it would probably have been over $1.5 million. Now, all of this was not even just a fraction of the $1.5 million that he was able to get approved for in less than 11 months. And if you still have negative items on your credit report, you're going to want to remove those first prior to starting to build. 3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage.
