The fastest possible and to get permanent deletion, we want permanent deletions, right. And there's a very specific way that we're going to get it. Here's the deal, we've been talking about removing your personal information, well, there is more to it than just that you can't just send out a dispute letter and boom, your personal information is gone, your negative items are gone. No, there's a specific method to this madness. Number one, first of all, you're gonna want to make sure that you stay to the end of this is going to be very, very short, but I'm gonna give you all of the steps, I want you to smash that like, Okay, number one, dispute and remove your personal information, I do have videos on how to do this. Number two, you're going to extract all of the inaccuracies on your credit report for your negative items. Number three, we're going to take that number one accuracy, whether that is the date last paid the notice of dispute, the date last reported, I don't care what it is, you have over 19 reasons to dispute your accounts right off the bat, take that number one thing, whatever that is, and send out a dispute letter. Okay, hopefully, we're able to get rid of that geographical code that attaches your old addresses and your old personal information to your negative item. And that's going to make it easier to remove whatever it is that we're disputing. I don't even care if it's a bankruptcy, okay, this is going to work, you are then going to wait 30 days pull in a report, if it's still there, check for that notice of dispute. If that notice of dispute is not there. I don't care if they responded, I don't care if they said verify if that notice of dispute is not there. Now they're in violation. Okay, it is going to be FCRA 623 for the Bureau's and the creditors for the collectors, it's going to be FDCPA 8078. Your next step is to send a dispute letter and say you did not enter this notice of dispute, you have 30 days from the date that you received my first dispute. And because you didn't enter it, now it's a violation and your options are to a pay me $1,000 Or B, get this off my credit report. Which one is it going to be? Sometimes it works? Sometimes it doesn't. Okay, you need to know how to, you know, move forward from there? Are you just going to give up? Are you gonna throw your hands up in the feet? Or are you gonna go out? You're gonna get that house? Are you going to get those credit cards? Do you need to get that bow or, you know, put your kids into better school? And what are you going to do? The answer to this should be that you are going to now again, write a new dispute letter, find that next best dispute reason and send out a new letter. Okay, if you want step by step instructions, I do have a new mentorship program and I will put the link down in the description you can see if I can do a credit sweep for you by heading over to my 740 dot com. But this method works. All you have to do is follow exactly what I'm saying. And I promise you anything that can be removed, you will give yourself the best possible chance of deletion. If you want to increase your credit scores, you want to remove those negative items and there's a very specific way that you're going to do it and I just told you exactly how I do it. Okay. It's a very, very, very simple process. So again, smash that like subscribe, so that you can remove your negatives and I will see you later bye #shorts

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
