Right. And I could not agree more with that. Here's the reason. Let me tell you a story. I had a conversation with someone earlier today. And he said that he had been to multiple companies, and he just didn't get the result that he was looking for. He didn't get deletions. Right. Well, how could that possibly be that they were all using the same process? Why do I think that they were all using the same process? Well, if you look at the fact, nine out of 10, companies all use templates, and well, I'm not just picking it on 609, or 1680 ones or whatever. What I'm saying is, is that they have these pre written letters that are all full of law. And they use those same letters for everybody, right, whether it is 200 letters, 72 letters, five letters, they're using the same letters for everybody, and the Bureau's are looking for this. So if they received it once it's in the system, now, when you send your dispute over to them, they match it to see if they've ever received that letter before. And if they have, it's automatically verified with no investigation, it literally just comes back verified as accurate, right? Why would you subject yourself to that? No. Can you answer a question for me? What is the difference between these companies? I mean, obviously, it's not their letters, right? It's whatever that they have to say, to get you to push that button. Right. So what do we call it? We call that their sales pitch. Okay. So with that being the only difference, and them sending out the same letters? Why would you expect with the same process different results? You can't? It's impossible, right? Now, let's look at an opposite situation. Let's say that you go with someone who has never sent out the same letter twice, in 12 years. Right? And no templates were talking about genuine in the moment written letters based off of your credit report, backed by the facts to the argument, but you think that you would have a better chance of removing whatever it is, I don't care if it's a foreclosure repossession, bankruptcy, charge off collection, whatever, even a late payment. If it went with the facts, I would have to say yes, number one, the Bureau's can't pay it as a template because they've never received it before. And with the Bureau's receiving 1.5 million disputes per month, per Bureau, yes, you heard me right. After the pandemic happened, the bureau started getting 1.5 million disputes. And those were numbers that they gave in April 2020. Right right at the beginning, so anything to say after Now, prior to the pandemic, they had gotten, like, I don't know, 150 to 180,000 disputes per month per bureau. So 30,000 per day between the three of them, right? Well, it was much easier to not have to try to automate the entire process because they weren't getting disputes like that. Now, you had people who were paying their mortgages. Now you had people that weren't paying their cars. Now you had people that weren't paying their credit cards, and they were all having to dispute, right? Because that's the only available option that we have. So with these numbers and knowing that that this these are the facts, don't you think that it would behoove you to have your dispute letter stand out from all of these other same letters that are being sent in to get those results to get those deletions so that you can move past this temporary even if it's a loan, temporary situation, to get to that mortgage? Those higher limit credit cards to put your kids into college to have some money in your wallet? Right? Just just the money in your wallet?

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
