The answer to this is no, there's actually 19 different steps to success. And there is most definitely Seven Steps to failure. Alright, so my question to you is, are you using the steps to success? Or are you using the steps to failure? Alright, we're gonna go over both of these. Not only that, but you're gonna find a link in the description to two different dispute databases for dispute letters and dispute reasons to the credit bureaus. And you can access these so that you can structure a dispute letter that is going to get you results, right. Because when we write these letters, we're backing it with the facts, we're sending out factual letters, backed by the credit report. Alright, so these are living databases, which means I add to them all the time. So if you want to access them, use the link in the description. And now let's head over to the 19 steps SS. Actually, let's talk about failure first, right? Because you want to make sure that you are not using these steps. Are you sending out a letter that says, hey, this is unverified irrelevant? If you're starting there, you are not going to remove permanently your negative items, are you then asking for the method verification, are you then telling them that they failed to investigate, and then failed to verify and then failed to prove and then oh, I'm going to go to the CFPB. And oh, I'm going to sue you. If you are, this is not the way to win, but it is most definitely the way to lose, okay. Now, if you want to remove your negative items the right way, using a credit sweep, this is the way you're going to do it. All right. And sometimes this changes, but this is generally the way that I dispute date, last active date last paid failure to enter the notice of dispute pursuant to section 623 status, update date or date loss reporting, going after the payment history, first date of delinquency comments, monthly payment, high balance, the evolution line method, the dispute funnel. And then of course, we have this stuff at the bottom of the hierarchy, right type open date terms, balanced status pass to. And then once we've built out our paper trail, we're going to go to the CFPB, the aging, the BBB and the very last step is a lawsuit. Do we ever get there? No, not really. But can we get there? Yes, we can. Once we've exhausted all of our remedy. So which one are you going to do? Are you going to do and go through the 19 Steps to Success? Are you going to be successful? Are you going to remove your negative items? Or are you going to fail? Because you started with unverified because you tend to six or nine? Because you asked for the method of verification because you told them that they failed to investigate because you told them that failed to verify because you told them they failed to prove something that they do not have to do? Wouldn't you rather tell them that they need to remove something and prove why they need to remove it? Or would you rather ask them to do something that you know they're not going to do choice is yours. If you want to access this, you can use the link in the description. And if you want to access these two databases to create letters that actually get results, then head down into the description and access this link. And you're going to have these two databases that are growing which is why I call them live living databases. All right, so that is it for tonight. You can also find some other offers down down there at the bottom but if you want to see if a credit sweep is something I can do for you head over to my seven forty.com schedule a call with me and I will see if I can help now while this video was a little bit shorter than I would like it to be.

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
