And why is this important? Well, it's the most important aspect to using factual disputes because it's knowing what to use for each type of dispute. This cheat sheet will help you get there because whatever it is, as long as it's not child support or foreclosure and process, it can be removed. Now, if you wanna get your own access to this, your own copy so that you can go over whenever you want, and there's four different slides, then head down into description and use the link to access it for just a couple of dollars. Right? So we're gonna go through this kind of quickly. So we have dispute types and we have dispute methods for credit bureaus. We're doing regular mail and, um, sometimes you can fax it all depends on what, uh, you have access to creditor. We're doing regular mail fax and certified mail non-credit card collections. We're using certified mail, unknown collections, like non-credit cards. We're using the validation of debt to the collection agency and the simple bureau dispute, section 6 9 inaccurate charge. We're using 6 23 creditor bureau dispute inaccurate, late payments. We're using 6 23 creditor and simple bureau dispute, no response to disputes. We have CF complaints, failure to investigate CF complaints. And guess what? We have more now pausing there. If this is something that you really don't care about because there's way too much into it, then that's fine. Head over to my seven forty.com. Schedule a call with me and I will see if I can help. Now, let's go back to this failure to prove ownership. This is another CFB complaint, failure to legally verify another CFB complaint, but pausing there, there is very specific timing for these complaints and it should not ever be on the first round. Okay? If you're doing it on the first round, you are doing it incorrectly and you are not going to get the negative item removed and it's gonna be painted as frivolous with everybody. Okay? Willful negligence, another CFB complaint. And you can even add in attorney general. Now the key to the credits, we're using 6 23 FCR and the FDCPA to get them on their failure to enter this notice within 30 days from when they received the first dispute, okay. Asking for a rein investigation. This is 15 us code 1681 burden approved Cushman versus TransUnion, 1997. And yes, you're gonna wanna go over every single page and every single line of this lawsuit so that you can use it and understand why it is the way it is. All right, permission to report accounts, section 6 3 bureaus reposession bureaus repos over two years template and under two years simple bureau dispute. All right, now we have one more just to go over foreclosures. This is where you're actually going to choose a few late payment to dispute. And this is to the bureaus only. And if you know anything about factual disputes, you're going to know that there are many methods and strategies for disputing with the credit sweep, right? But it always comes down to you with factual disputes. And I've found that with foreclosures, this is the easiest way to get them removed.

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
