Now, this is a super, super simple way to track your letters to the CRS, collectors and creditors and be easily able to stay on top of your plan of action, right? See if you're not organized, and you're not going to know when they received it, when you should be sending it and how to catch them in violations if you don't have these dates, and don't mark down your strategies. Alright, so I'm giving you two very simple tables. Number one is where you track your rounds like round number one, round number two, or number three, the date that you sent it the date they received it, obviously, if you're sending it out certified right, this strategy to use like a request for investigation and who this letter even went to the Bureau's creditor, the collector and some notes like TransUnion did not understand the nature of your dispute, right? Obviously, that is a stall tactic. Now, we have a second table. As you can see, it's only one page on here, right? This is where you're going to track your account deletions and corrections. Now, instead of putting deleted on here, you can put a correction. So it would be your account. I'm gonna give you an example, the date deleted reinserted or added. So let's just go add some of these in. And yes, you can access this right down in the description use the link is totally free. Like I mentioned, don't shortchange yourself, get your result. And the way that you do this is by tracking everything that you do, right? You see, one part is missing on here, but it's pretty straightforward when you should be disputing again. Alright, so the date sent one, one, the date received one, five. So we're going to say that we're going to send out another letter on to six. Okay, so all we're doing is adding in 30 days on here, technically 31, you want to give yourself a little bit of time to pull that report check for deletions, corrections, re analyze and kind of go on from there. So let's add four days to this. So we're going to have to 10 You're gonna let them know that hey, they ignored you. Basically, it's trouble by silence remove his stuff from the credit report, because obviously you received it, you didn't say anything, and it means that I am correct as always. All right, we're gonna say that we sent this out to the Bureau's. And we can even say that we now disputed with the creditor on this one. And there's even enough space for you to put you know what your method or strategy was for the creditors as well as the collectors, right. And you're going to use this for your own disputes, you can mark it up however you want. This is just to make it easier for you to organize, we're going to make a little note on here about how they did not respond. And so it's going to say Alright, no response received, even though it said no reply over here. So now let's say we have our accounts. And we're just gonna mark these down on here. So let's say we're on round three, and we got finally a deletion. It's just miss a Capital One, we're going to share deletion came in March. So our first deletion is going to be I don't know 315 2022 And it's going to be a deletion, and it's going to be a deletion on Experian. All right, so now we have our deletion on Experian there's nothing that's been reinserted nothing having been added Okay, so as you can see, it's really really simple but again, this is so that you can have a plan of action and know exactly when to send out your next dispute.

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
