So let's get right to this after you smash that like and subscribe if you haven't done so. Alright, so we're gonna start with number one. But when you pull this up, you will see that the answers are in this little box here at the bottom. But for the purposes of recording, in your attention span, I filled this out for you. Alright, so number one, delete this collection, because this account reports a past due, which is a violation. Now, this is actually a violation of the FCRA. And if you use common sense, it's going to make sense. It's a collection, it's past due, it's already late, it doesn't belong on there. Number two, remove the 90 day late payment on for 2020. Because 320 20 shows Okay, and no prior 30 or 60 day late payments report update to paid on time, never late for inaccuracy. So, you're going to see this all the time with Navient. And now net and Sallie Mae. And this is actually how you're going to remove those because, I mean, obviously this means that the two prior on time paying on time payments are actually inaccurate. Okay. Number three, delete this inquiry because it does not have a permissible purpose for reporting, I was not given a firm offer of credit. And it is neither for employment, court order or insurance. If there's no firm offer of credit, it doesn't belong on your credit report. Very simple. That is how you remove inquiries. Number four, delete this account for violation because no notice of dispute was entered by the 30th day after you received my first dispute. Now, section 623 states that it must be there by the 31st day after they receive your first dispute otherwise, it is a violation. And this is actually the key to the credit sweep in the validation of debt method. Okay, on letter three. Number five, I was not late on 516 19. And the payment history needs to be updated to paid on time never late for an accuracy unless you can furnish a bank statement belonging to this creditor proving I did not pay on time. Why are we asking for a bank statement? Well, I'm glad that you asked that question. Here's the deal. Anything else is just hearsay. Right? That is why they have to prove it put that burden of proof on them. Number six deal unless reported did not change which means you did not investigate otherwise, this date would have been updated to the date that you verified the account. Yes, when they go in, they verify they're supposed to update the date last reported the status update date. And if they don't, obviously means that they didn't do anything right. Number seven. This account was reached it needs to be deleted for violation because the other two bureaus report the date last active as 215 18 and you've changed the date to 316 2021. What does that mean? It means that the older dates are the correct ones and that they are now in violation. The date last page shows 420 But I've actually never paid on this account and it's been charged off for five years and this date is wrong delete for inaccuracy. Number nine best way to remove a medical collection is to use the validation of debt method. Number 10. If a late payment is disputed directly with the creditor using a goodwill letter, you are illegally verifying the late payment and will have a very difficult time getting it removed with the Bureau's when the goodwill letter does not work because you're first saying hey, I admit to being late, then you're saying hey, prove I was late.

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
