We are live and we're doing something a little bit different.

We are talking about how to increase your credits.
We've dispute letter results, how to increase your credit scores at the same time.
And certain things that you can try when you are done spending your time here with me today.
Okay.
So before we get started and jump into this step on the like, and let me know that you're here, and that you are ready to learn and ready to increase your results or your clients results.

We're going to jump right into this.
And let's With how to increase your result.
And as you can see, I already added.
The first one, you should not be using anything other than factual disputes.
What does that mean?
It means you are taking the information directly from the credit report, right?
Boop-boo-boo-boop just as I show in my 700 videos you are putting it right over into your dispute letter and you're not adding anything extra.
That's it.
That is it.
And then you stick it in the mail, it goes.
Over to the credit bureaus and wham bam.
Thank you, ma'am.
Now, you have results right now.
As simple as that sounds, really not all that simple because there's obviously a formula to writing your disputes and all of that.
But what I'm saying is you should not be using templates.
You should not be using online disputes.
You should not be calling in your disputes.
You should not be claiming to be a victim of identity theft when you're not.
Okay.
So all of those are how to decrease your results, but to increase your results, make sure that you know, what an Should look like so that you can obviously remove it.
Ok.
So that's a very first thing, the second thing.
And you hear me say this all the time, but we're gonna put it right here.
Don't put more than 10 accounts per letter.
So we have Max of 10 account unless it's medical, right?
So medical is kind of an exception to that rule unlimited Medical on a letter.
Otherwise Max of 10.
Okay?
Now, Even though you hear me, tell you this all the time.
I still get the questions.
That's why we're going over this.
How many dispute reason should go per each account?
So if you have, I don't know, six reasons.
Why you can remove an account.
You should still only be using one.
So max of one reason per account, right?
Pretty straightforward.
Why if you know why make sure you like this video.
If you haven't done.
So already the answer to that is because you're gonna put all your eggs in one basket.
Let's say that you put, I don't know, sir.
Reasons on one account and the account isn't removed.
Now what you can't reuse a dispute reason.
So now you've run out of things to say and you're going to be disputing stupid things like balance open date.
I don't know past due.
Even though it's not an accurate.
You don't want to do that.
So you cannot put all of your eggs in one basket.
Okay, you need to make sure that you are doing 10 Max per letter, One Max reason per account.
Okay, so that means that if you're disputing Let's just say Capital One.
I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients.
