Video notes: So this is tutorial number two for the brand new Google Sheets tool called Live letter. And this is launching in just two to three days. All right, so what I want for you to do is if you do any sort of disputing either for yourself or for your clients, and you either want to save money, you want to save time, you don't want to spend a ton of money on credit repair software, whatever it is, then this is a video that you want to watch, there's a waitlist that you want to join by going down into the description, clicking on the link, and joining because guess what, not only you're going to get early access to this, but you're going to get a discount. All right, so let's move right into this. So this is Rule number two for this brand new automation app. And I'm actually recording this on my phone to show you how simple this is even to use on a mobile device. Alright, so just as I showed earlier, and yes, I know my audio mix was really weird to this kind of works out to make a second tutorial. But anyways, we already have our client in near bob dole, as you can see Date of Birth address, social yesterday's date, you can add notes in here. Now, this is really simple. This is your CRM, you can have however many clients in here that you want, I believe this accepts up to 1000 rows, and you're going to check off which bureaus you want to dispute, Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, at least for this demo. Now when we go over to our options page, this is where you're very simply going to choose the letter that you want. Now you can put any type of letter in this box right here where it says custom letter. All right, you can put and you know, I'm not hating on templates. So if you want to throw a template in there that says pursuant to something that has nothing to do with anything that hey, do you, that is totally your prerogative, but I have an actual dispute letter that's going to get resolved for this client in here. And you can otherwise choose from one of the built in options, there's a ton of them, and I'm adding even more. Alright, so we're sticking with our custom letter, we're going to go down and add our accounts. Now right here, you would just choose which client you are disputing. Technically, this is number one. So that would say number one, and this bright pink, neon pink, whatever right here tells you that you are automating, you're automating, guess why we're automating, because it saves time and money. There's two things that you can't get back technically, one time, right? The second thing, once you spend your money, it's gone. So if you want to save time and money, and this is a tool that's going to help you do that. And if you can process a dispute letter in less than a minute, how many can you process in a month in a year? I mean, you do the calculation. All right. So we're going to automate this. And all you have to do is add in your creditor name, the account number, you can choose either from adding in a custom dispute reason, like I was never late, I don't owe x balance. Or you could choose one of the disputes that are built in Okay, there's currently 270 items in here, but there's going to be over 300 by Wednesday, all you have to do is choose what your Bureau is that you want to dispute. And guess what, right here, if we scroll up, if I click on these buttons right here, this says uncheck and check all it's going to check and uncheck these boxes. So you don't even have to manually do that. Why would we do that one, it's going to waste time. Over here, you can see that everything has been added in with all the formulas that I have in here. And we're very simply going to choose a automation. So I'm going to pretend that we're disputing a charge off. So we have charged off round one, version a. However, I can choose from any of the other disputes that are in here like bankruptcy collection, round, 12345, whatever. *I may receive compensation for external links, such as IdentityIQ

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
