Video notes: Today, I'm going to show you something that I have not gone over in the entire six years that I've been on YouTube. And that is how to write your dispute letter using the e-Oscar codes. And this is a way you can increase your results and your credit scores in as little time as possible. But to do that, we need to understand how this process works. And it's very straightforward. But the very first thing you need to understand is that your full dispute does not get sent over. Right here, much of the data surrounding the consumers original complaint is lost, because they send excuse me, you send your letter to them, it gets converted into one of these 29 dispute codes. And then it gets sent over to the data furniture, and here are these codes. And you can go down into the description and click on the link and check this out yourself. It's very, very straightforward. But here is the problem. A mischaracterized complaint can dry all the time to fix an error on a consumers credit report. And as you know, this is already a long, complicated process. It was never meant for me and it was never meant for you. And the information important to dispute does not always follow that consumers to sweep through the investigation process because the whole thing does it get sent over. Here's the biggest part, a congressional report in 2007 found that e-Oscar reports use the same for dispute codes over 90% of the time calling into question the value of these 29 codes. That same report found that through the e-Oscar system credit reporting bureaus never actually investigate disputes instead, putting it over into the data furnishers you know, on their side, this same exact repeat dispute and as you know, you cannot do that. So let's go and match what I've written over here on the right, so it's very straightforward. Your personal information date bureau remove update the following inaccuracy found on my report, and I have five accounts account number one removed due to inaccuracy in dates of last payment, date, date date, and I am referencing 105. And you're not going to put the numbers on there, I put them on here so that you can see what I'm talking about. And that is disputes date of last payment account number to update for an accurate information in the data is paid blah, blah, and this is going to be 112 and that is down here claims inaccurate information right. Next one, remove because account included in bankruptcy and we are looking at 37. So 37 is going to be account included in bankruptcy. Number four, stop reporting this account due to true identity fraud, and that is 103 claims true identity fraud. You see how I'm using the actual you know, words directly from the E-Oscar codes are very, very important so that they can match what you are saying to the proper code. Okay. And lastly, account number five, remove authorized user because I'm not liable for this account. And this is 101. And you can use this for authorized user belongs to ex spouse business, so on and so forth. And then send me a new report reflecting these changes. That's it. That is the entire dispute. So if you want to take a straight forward approach and strategy to writing your disputes to get results, then maybe it's just something that you want to try and post them in the comments how it works for you so that we can find out together. Alright, so that is it for today. I hope you have a wonderful day Smash that Like if you found value in this video, subscribe if you haven't done so and schedule a call with me one on one at my740.com if this is something that you don't want to do or don't have the time to do or you want to get the best results. *I may receive compensation for external links, such as IdentityIQ

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
