0:00 Hey, what's up welcome back to my channel. Today we're talking about how to repair your credit in just five steps. And I'm also going to share with you what you should avoid. Now make sure that you hit that like so that you can tell YouTube to share this video with other people and it also tells me that you enjoy my content. And if you haven't done so, make sure to subscribe so that you are notified. Gotta smash that notification bell as well. Where when other videos come out, alright, so we're gonna go over our credit repair steps first, and then types of accounts, what you should be using. Alright, so let's start over here on the right hand side credit repair steps first, and this should be pretty obvious, pull your credit report using either identity IQ or smart credit, it's going to give you all the different elements and inaccuracies and violations that you need to factually dispute. And a bit of a caveat here there is a difference between identity IQ and smart credit which you can actually find the links for both of these they are affiliate links down in the description smart credit shows more payment history than identity IQ which only goes back 24 months Alright, so obviously that is a yes, pull your credit report with either of these all three bureaus and your scores number to identify all derogatory accounts, okay, whether it's a late payment collection charges repo, Alright, number three, identify five inaccuracies most likely to remove an account and this is actually going to be per account. And if you don't know how to do that, I do have a video which I'm going to link down in the description on what an account should look like, so that you can learn this information. Alright, step number four, write a dispute reason per each account using the most likely to delete this account. Alright, step number five, write a simple paragraph, why you are sending the letter. It's really as simple as that, obviously, you need to put this all into a simple letter with your personal information at the top, and we're going to send it out to the bureaus. Now two things that you shouldn't be doing include a ton of laws and say it was identity theft, or that they don't belong to you. All right. And I am going to actually fix that typo before I post this video. Alright, let's go over here on the left hand side, types of accounts, collections charge offs of bankruptcies and public records and late payments. Alright, so for collections, you should be using factual disputes. You should not be using regular templates like a 609 or 1681, or a 611, or a 623. For charge offs, same thing, factual disputes, bankruptcies and public records, you have enough information to factually dispute okay, go and check out my videos on public records. Alright, late payments, actually dispute Gee, everything should be a factual dispute. Now, I'm including one additional thing here a dispute tracker. Okay. So for this, on the left hand side, it's going to give you a prompt, and it's going to tell you what to do. If you answered yes, that's gonna tell you what to do. If you answered no, all right, and you can actually drag this x down into in progress like this. Okay, so let's start with criteria. So I've already submitted a dispute letter to the credit bureaus using factual disputes. Yes. Great. Wait 30 days pull a new report and identify the best dispute reason? If not, that's okay. Follow the steps on page one, two. I've received a response from the bureaus. Yes, great. Pull a new report after 30 days from the first letter being sent out and create a new factual dispute, or no, it's not about what they do. And this is the very, very important part. It's about what we do everything that you could possibly need is on the credit report itself. All right. Last one, I'm not sure what to do next. That's totally fine. Follow the steps on page one, wait 30 days, pull a new report and send out a factual dispute? Or if you answered no, that's fine. I'm glad that you've been studying, send out your next round after 30 days. All right. So this was of course how to repair your credit in just five steps. Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
