this includes how to remove medical collections and other regular 3rd party collections, how to remove closed accounts from a credit report, removing charge offs from a credit report and the entire debt validation letter process.
We also go over 19 different ways to dispute an account to get it removed, and 7 dispute methods that are likely to make you fail when it comes to the WRONG way to dispute accounts.
Besides the factual dispute process to remove accounts, we also send out a debt validation letter to collection agency and our dispute process might also include a cfpb credit dispute. I do want to point out that this will not occur until you've exhausted ALL remedies for disputing prior to making complaints, though.
Please note that this process should NOT be used (validation of debt) directly to debt buyers, such as Portfolio Recovery or Midland.
