And there's five different roadmaps that we're gonna go over and that you can access using link down in the description, right. So we have the dispute process, three different rounds, three rounds and scenarios dealing with verified results, you know, when the Bureau's come back and say, hey, guess what, your crop out of luck, these are verified, and then establishing credit. And you can access this using the link down the description, and it's a total of 43 different pages of documentation, alright, and you get all of these process maps, alright, so use the link in the description, if you want, you can never get lost with these playbooks, you're very simply going to come down here and add any of these to your order if you want to. And that's it, you'll get access to it. Alright, so if you want to just follow along with me, then you could do that as well, completely up to you. So let's make this just a little bit bigger. And we're going to start at the top. Now, yes, I do speak a little bit quickly. But that's because you and I both don't have a long time to go over this. Alright. So if you want to know how to remove virtually anything from your credit report, then you need to follow a repeatable map. And that's exactly what we're doing right now. So you're gonna start always with a credit file analysis. All right, always need to start with a credit file analysis. All right. So there's 30 days in between all of your disputes, and we start at the top of the hierarchy, right? So when it comes back, and it says, hey, guess what, these are verified as accurate. When you obviously know there's been no investigation, we're going to reanalyze you don't just skip to the next dispute? No, you need to know exactly what you're disputing why you disputing it, and exactly what you're going to say, again, you're going to wait 30 days, and we're going to do round two, right? We're going to use the next thing on the hierarchy. But we're adding something in here, our collector on our creditor disputes, right, so we actually have a branch that goes down and goes off to on one side, the Bureau's the other side, the collectors and the creditors, okay. Yes, there is a science to doing this. It's not just where you're in vigorously, you know, choosing some dispute reason or, you know, trying to figure out like, Well, hey, well let her do I don't know, there's a science to this. And if you follow this, you will virtually always get results. Okay, so every single round, we're doing the same thing. reanalyze, find the next possible best dispute reason to come directly from your credit report. Okay, now, round three, we're also going to add in method of verification, and go down the hierarchy. And then we're going to reanalyze and round for independent investigation next on hierarchy reanalyze, and then we're going to escalate and go to the CFPB. Alright, now let's look at the other things that we can do. So with our creditor disputes, we're doing round one, we're going to do round two, as you can see, these all connect and we're waiting 30 days in between, we're doing a collector creditor, round three, and then escalation CFPB. Alright, now here's a little bit of a caveat. All right, there's a couple of things that we can do here, we can also overshadow with positive credit, we can use indirect dispute techniques, we can go towards lawsuit, and then again, down to the CFPB. Alright, so there's a couple of different ways that you can handle this. All right. So don't always think that you should be jumping straight to the CFPB. Because that is not the way that this works. And if you do that, you're going to be locking yourself out of a lot of different ways that you can be removing permanently, permanently, your negative items. All right, so let's go over to the next one.

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
