You can literally use this to remove collections. Foreclosures, charge offs, repossessions, bankruptcies, judgments, it's all the same. The reason that we use a formula is because you're very simply plugging in the information that you're taking directly from the credit report. Now, while a Jarrow might not even look like an English word, I promise you that it is and I'm going to show you exactly how to use it. So make sure that you stay to the end so that you can learn how to use this formula to remove virtually any negative item from a credit report. Alright, so here's the deal. No one ever said that getting a mortgage or a car, or even a $15,000 loan would be easy if you have negative accounts, right? Oh, wait, they did. But they were lying. Here's the real, tried, tested and true method for creating dispute reasons that get results virtually every single time. All right, so first of all, we're gonna go over the formula breakdown, as well as formula examples. And, as I mentioned, I'm gonna show you how to apply this formula to literally any account on your credit report. All right, so on the left hand side, you actually see my handwritten notes. What I put together before I actually did this, this presentation, so a Jarrow, if you can remember a simple acronym. You can write the perfect series. Alright, I spelled acronym incorrectly. And that was an accident. So forgive me. Alright, so here's what you need to remember. It is not the letter that gets the result. Alright. So before we go any further, remember, it is not the letter that removes negative accounts. It's the reason you're giving the credit bureaus. And here's an example look right below that creditor name, account number, boom, reason, right? Reason, okay? So always remember that. So here's the formula, we have the action, the justifier, the element, the reason, and optionally, if you're just putting something like a late payment, you're also going to have an outcome, right? So let's just look at these real quick. So action would be something like delete, correct, update or remove. A justifier is where you're like, hey, blah, blah, blah, because blah, blah, blah, just use the word because okay, you are justifying why you want X, Y, or Z, the element that was really easy. The last active date last paid DLs reported balance past due late payments. All right, the reason, because it's inaccurate, it seemed correct. It wasn't late, paid on time and consistent. It should say zero, blah, blah, blah, whatever you want to put in there, that is the reason. And then the outcome. Like I said, the outcome is optional, you do not need to add this in. Okay? I'm saying this because the longer your dispute reason, The more words you put in that letter, the less likely it is that you're going to get your deletion, your correction, your whatever. Alright, so don't add it in if you do not need to. This would be like, for late payment update to payment on time. So that is why it's called a jer row, action justifier element, reason, outcome. Okay, if you can remember that, you can get results with virtually any negative item on a credit report if you have these accounts that you want to remove. And it's not even want to remove an account, if you want to increase your credit score so that you can go get that mortgage that just right now seems like a dream, that car that you know, you just can't afford that apartment because you want to move out of mom and dad's house, then this is the thing that you need to be doing, and practicing and learning so that you can get there, right, we need to have the right vehicle that's got the right tires

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
