All right, so what we are looking at is very simple going to be dispute methods. And we're talking about methods. I'm not really talking about letters per se, I'm literally talking about methods. And I'm going to explain why. So we're very specifically talking about a couple of them. Okay, so we have identity theft, the 609 623, unknown 1681 factual disputes. And there is another one is the 603. And we'll talk about that one as well. Okay, so I hope that everyone is here. If you need to watch a replay, you can do that because you purchase a ticket. So if you are watching the replay, either way, I welcome you, this was live. Alright, so first thing that we're going to talk about is the fact that these once again, do not mean letters, we're specifically talking about methods. And I'm kind of breaking it down this way, because everyone thinks that they have to send a very specific letter for each negative item, and it doesn't work like that. Okay. So what this means is that you can use the 609 without sending a 609 letter, you can use 1681 without sending a 1681 letter. All right, so you could put all of this under factual disputes. So if you're wondering what factual dispute is, let's just start right there. So so that we're not traveling backwards? a factual dispute is a dispute letter that you are writing based off the facts reporting on your credit report, right? So when you're disputing a charge off, you're going to start with the data last activity most of the time, right? You're taking those dates directly from your credit report, they're in disputing, factually, because it is the actual information that the creditors and the Bureau's are reporting on your credit report. And that's why you get that is why you get the result because you are taking the information that they are reporting and sending it right back to them, right. Okay, so now, I do want to mention that with identity theft, I am explaining this. But if you are not a victim of identity theft, if your client is not a victim of identity theft, you should not be using that method. Why? There's a couple of reasons for this.

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...

Live Posts on Craigslist, Changing IPs and More!

Craigslist ad posting- live posts, changing IPs, tips on writing and more! Tonight, I'm going to post something short and to the point about posting on Craigslist. There are a few ways to beat getting flagged and ghosted. Have you ever noticed that your ads do not go live for 20 minutes? They have to pass through CL's algorithms first. Here are a few ways to combat this: Write different ads- For each account, I post 1 ad per day. Each body is different. I change it every 3 days. Use different titles. Each of my ads have unique titles. Post 1 ad per day per account. If it allows you to post 3 or 5, ONLY post 1. This will help in keeping the live/flagged ratio in your favor. This is per section. For example, I only post in services => financial.  Craigslist only wants local posts, so change your IP address according to the location you are posting in. See the images below. I use HMA software (HideMyAss)..  Clear your browsing history after each post- histor...
