And this actually goes directly over with the live workshop that we're going to be doing on the 12th of May as 6pm. And yes, Superlift super important, you should be there, because I'm going to show you exactly how to get unstuck when the Bureau's verify as accurate when we talk about what to do when they verify as accurate what to do when they don't respond, and what to do when they ignore you, or you stall tactics or scare tactics. Alright, so you're going to want to go and check this out. Like I said, the link is in the description. And if you want to see if I can do a credit sweep for you use that link right here at the top of the screen. Or you can look at the graphic that's right at the top of the screen and head over to my seven forty.com. And I will see if I can help now let's jump right into this. Now, you may be wondering, well, hey, Kristen, obviously they have to remove these things when they don't respond. And I send my dispute, right? Wrong. Now here's the reason. They don't care that there is a law. That's why the FCRA was enacted to begin with, right? They use these as guidelines. And you need to know how to fight this. So use the link in the description. Pause this video right now. Use the link in the description to pull this up and go over this one by one with me. And one of the awesome things about the site that I use to create this content is that you can go and literally mark this up and use it and add your own to this and save it you just click on Save account what you can't see the button because it's outside of my screen right now. But you're just going to enter your email, click on Save your content, you can come back to it later. Alright, so let's go over step one, we have step one, we have step two, we have step three, and we have step four. Now step four is really simple. You're going to join and join the live workshop. Alright, so heading over to step number one, this is a checklist of tactics that you can use for your first step prime. So why didn't anyone respond? Well, if you're not going to pay for the $785,000 and posters that they have to pay to respond to the 1.5 million dispute letters, then that is why they're not responding. Okay? Things are a little bit different now than they were two years ago. Okay, so does this mean that no investigation took place? Where do I go from here? Well, that doesn't mean necessarily that any investigation took place or that it did not take place. But there are certain things that you should be doing or noticing. Alright, so everything is in the report. Alright. So first things first was the notice of dispute entered. Alright. That's the very first thing that you should be looking at if it was not entered by the 30th. Day after they received your dispute, send a new dispute requesting deletion pursuant to section 623. All right, if it was did the date last reported change? If it did, it means the bureaus performed an investigation. Alright. If it didn't, you're going to request deletion for failure to investigate. If it did not request deletion for failure to investigate, right. So this is kind of straightforward, but there are certain things that you should know. So you can use these two remover negatives, okay. And everything follows a nice little sequence as you can see where there's a science behind everything that I do, obviously, right. So do you see an accurate info, check every disputed account for an accuracy date, last active date last pay date last reported notice dispute activity after the closed date deal first delinquency payment, history, monthly payment, etc. -~-~~-~~~-~~-~- Please watch: "How to Remove ALL Verified Accounts on Any Credit Report" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QwmUUO2SMic -~-~~-~~~-~~-~-

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
