And yes, that is a tall feat. But guess what? It is the dispute reason that removes it, not the text at the top of the letter. So that is why we're going over how to write a dispute reason, I want for you to pause this video after you like it, and head down in the description and pull this up. This is your copy right here. And yes, it's 100% Free, we're gonna go over this chart. And this is the general formula that I use to remove over 20,000 negative items and 2020 and over 23,000 negative items in 2021. So yes, this is a repeatable process for every single negative item type that you could possibly have on your credit report and I'm gonna show you exactly how to use it. So if you pause this video and you pulled it up, let's go to the top of this Alright, so we have a completed example right? Delete this account for inaccuracy because the date last active report says one 120 21 unexperienced two to 2022 on Equifax and three 320 19 on TransUnion. Alright, if you look at the chart, we have an outcome like delete, correct, remove and update an item type like account, inquiry, public record and personal information. We have a dispute type like an accuracy violation and missing information. And yes, I know it as MSS ng it did not totally fit. All right. So that's what it says missing info. We have a justifier. Like because right, we have an element. Now look at all the elements that we have the dispute, why would we just say delete this because it's unverified. The Bureau's don't care about unverified we have to force them to do their job. And guess what it says inaccuracy and accuracy and accuracy and accuracy. The only thing that they care about removing is for inaccuracy. Otherwise, you're not going to get it removed and you're going to go around in circles nothing that you're disputing that you so totally need to remove is not going to come off so element date last active date last pay date last reported notice the dispute first due to delinquency monthly payment payment history, high balance past you open date type terms and balance. All right. Now, facts it shows reports as enlists now, there's a bunch of other ways that you can put this right so let's go back up and look at our completed example. Now what I want for you to do is fill this out with your information. All right, do you have a charge off you're gonna say delete the charge off you're gonna say account for an accuracy because and I've listed this in a general hierarchy for impact. Okay, date last active and date last pay those one was definitely at the top date last reported was definitely at the top if they don't update the date last reported, but the saying it's verified, guess what? They didn't investigate. All right, that notice of dispute that's a violation. If they didn't enter it within 30 days of the date, they first receive your dispute. Okay, first day delinquency. Why is that important? Why? Because that starts that seven year payment history or the seven year statute of limitations. All right. So the facts shows reports as unlist. That's just an easy way to say, here are the facts that back this up. And yes, you are taking a screenshot of your credit report and you're using as an exhibit. Okay, exhibit A, Exhibit B, Exhibit C. Okay. No, the Bureaus can't see each other's reports, their competitors, they don't share information like that.

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
