Do not ever send a letter that was not written as a custom dispute - it will get flagged in the system because that is exactly what the credit bureaus are looking for! If the letter has been received by them either in part or in whole before, not only will it be deemed to be a dispute letter template, but you can literally be banned from disputing again and they will refuse to reinvestigate until you can cough up something from either the data furnisher or courts. Who wants that? No one!
You can either "wing it", or you can write dispute letters to the credit bureaus that get results using a repeatable process that can be used on every account type except for foreclosures in-process and child support.
