How to Write a Follow-up Dispute Letter to Credit Bureaus

Tonight we're going over how to write a follow-up dispute letter to the credit bureaus using factual disputes, how it should be structured and what you should include in this dispute letter. If you would like to see if a credit sweep can help increase your credit scores, head to https://my740.com and I will see if I can help! Video notes: We are going over this because I was going through my comments tonight, and there were quite a few on how to write your follow up dispute. A lot of people don't know how to do this, and it is causing some problems. And we don't want that to happen. Now, just so you know, your method of verification request is actually not a dispute by iteself. It is actually a sentence that goes directly into your dispute letter, right? So we're not sending a method of verification request, like what was the actual method of verification. We already know with a factual based disputed, everything is totally simple, simplified and straight to the point, right? So we're just adding in a hey, how did you verify that type of deal? So, we are going to go over how to write our next round and how to write a follow up dispute and some of these questions that you need to start thinking about when you are writing this because it is super, super, super important. Here are some of the questions: Did your dispute come back as verified? WAs there any response at all? Was there a reason given for the verification? Did you receive any documentation or response from the creditor or collector? Now let's pause right there. Over the last two years or so, Covido started and whatnot, the bureaus have been kind of ignoring everybody, right? And this goes for whether you own a businesss or whether you are a consumer. It is higly likely that you are not going to receive any response from the bureaus or creditors or collectors. What is the main reason for your dispute letter? What were the changes made between credit report one and two, or three and four, etc.? And this is extremely importrant because remember, with factual disputes, we're taking the actual information directly from the credit report to craft our argument. Was the notice of dispute entered within 30 days? The number one key to a factual based credit sweep is the notice of dispute. Did the date last reported change? That's another important one. Did the date last active change to reflect the date last reported?

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
