Today we're talking about what to do when the credit bureaus do not respond within 30 days and how to write the next dispute letter without receiving a response in the mail of "verified", "updated", "deleted", or "rejected". While this can be very confusing, we can get everything we need (except for "rejected") from the credit report, and THAT is the beauty of factual disputes! You can learn more about this process at https://vault.my740.com.
Q. Do we have to wait for the credit bureaus to send a response before sending in another dispute letter?
A. Absolutely not! If you wait, you might end up never sending in another dispute letter again! You would create letter 1, wait a few days to account for mail sending, count 30 days, pull a new report, check for deletions/results and new information, and then rinse and repeat.
Q. If the credit bureaus do not respond within 30 days, doesn't this mean they have to remove all of the disputed accounts?
A. If you want to get technical, YES. However, their system will say they DID respond. Going after this route is really never a good idea because it comes down to he-said, she-said. You said they didn't, their system automatically states it did. Who do you think the courts will listen to? More than likely a huge corporation, right? Right. It's a waste of time to spend anymore than 1 round of disputes stating they need to remove the accounts from your credit report for failure to respond.

⭐️ VIDEO NOTES
We're doing a video based on a
comment submitted by someone either today or yesterday, where
they said, Kristin, I need your help. I submitted to speech at
the end of November. And the only one that I heard back from
was trans union. I sent in handwritten dispute, what do I
do? I'm at a loss. Well, you can't be the only one that is
asking this question. And that is totally confused about the
process. And we're going to go over the beauty of factual basis
Buttes right now, you see, we don't care about what the
bureaus do or don't do or say, or don't see, it's about what we
do, how consistent we are, the disputes that we put out, the
dispute reasons we use, right? Because the bureaus are only
going to come back and say, one of like four things deleted,
updated, verified, rejected. The only one that we care about to
receive in the mail or however we are receiving our responses
is rejected. Why do we care about rejected? Well, it
normally means that you are not going to be able to continue
disputing and less you fix whatever it is that they're
saying that you didn't do, right? You didn't send in your
identification. You didn't submit this. You didn't submit
this proof. You didn't do whatever it was. That's the only
one we care about because the beauty of factual based disputes
is that we take all of our information directly from the
credit report, the dates, the balances, violations,
challenges, all of this information comes from the
credit report. So I tell my clients all the time, you
probably won't receive anything in the mail. And this goes back
for the last two years from the beginning of COVID because the
bureaus are receiving like millions of disputes per month
per bureau, versus like the 150 to 180,000 disputes that they
were getting. Right? So here's the deal. And I am going to post
the link down in the description to this, but the other day, the
CFPB came out with an article that said that basically between
what was it, January and September, 2021, the bureaus
only responded to 2% of the 700,000 complaints that were
submitted 2% of 700,000 complaints. So if this is them
not responding to a government agency, that was like totally
untouchable before Trump. And no, we're not talking about
politics here. We're talking about the S the CFPB and the
fact that nobody could touch them. They do whatever the heck
they want to do. Then how often do you think just
mathematically, maybe just throw out a number of year. How often
do you think that they are responding to dispute submitted
by consumers that are not even going through a government
agency? Probably not that many. Right? So that's why you want to
utilize a process where you're not waiting for their responses
to get to you.
I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the world , so that right there should tell you that you need...
