Today we're going over the 5-phase credit repair action plan that will explain the different phases to removing negative items from your credit report, to building different types of credit, to building and raising your credit scores. Now. Five phases, may seem like a lot, but I can promise you that. Once you understand this, it's going to make a lot of sense and it can change the direction of your disputes. Right? So, let's make this a little bit bigger here and we will get right to it. Alright, so Phase 1 obviously you need to send out aggressive disputes, right? So this is the beginning of your journey. We're all accounts are disputed using credit. Reports receipts like imitation Etc, to support your claim of inaccuracy. And remember we've factual basis Buttes in accuracy is the key. Because yeah, the fcra says unverified needs to be removed and incomplete needs to be removed, but not your to only States inaccurate for the reason. So obviously, we're going with what the bureau say. Okay. Now the second part of this is to dispute your personal information. So if you're sending out round one for your accounts, on January 1st, send out. Personal info disputes on January 14th and then again, your accounts on February 1st personal info on February 14th, Etc. Okay, no. Phase 2. And yes, we are plowing through this very, very quickly. So we are in the second phase. Okay, you're attacking your remaining items now that you're all. So you are also going to want to add in creditor and collector disputes to your system to increase probability of removal. 3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. How to Fight "Verified", "Frivilous" & will not reinvestigate" Responses
