Alright, so let's get started. And just so you know, you can head down into the description and check out a bunch of different resources, like learning how to actually do factual based disputes so that you can get that house or that car loan or put your kids in better schools or right and you click the link at the top of the screen to schedule a call with me if you want to find out if I can do the credit sweep for you. Now, I broken down this video into problems reasons Bureau's creditors and a quiz is I need to know that you know exactly what we're talking about. So here's the problem. It's always been my professional and tested opinion that the biggest problem is understanding the difference between methods that put a temporary bandaid on and one that permanently fixes the problem. All right. So here's the deal, vague, general disputes can get results, but they're normally added back to the credit report quickly in you don't want that. Why would you want it gone for like, I don't know, three weeks just to have come back on and be 10 times more difficult to get off and questioning the existence of an account may be easy to prove for the CRA or the furnisher. And using the same dispute, each time like unverified can result in rejection for further investigation. I see it all the time Experian will send something saying that unless you can prove that the creditor says this or the court says that that they're not just not going to reinvestigate, so you can't say unverified and verify verify. Uh, no, no, no, no, no. With factual based disputes, you automatically have a ton, a ton of different things that you can dispute on the account, it just makes a difference as to what you're disputing first, and how you're using it to back up your argument, right. And a one size fits all dispute is normally going to be verified as accurate without any investigation. If you don't believe me, go check out my video on the actual dispute process. When your letter gets the Bureau's if you're sending a template, and their OCR says, hey, guess what, this is a template, it wasn't a consumer authentic, unique dispute, then there is no investigation, it just gets sent back as verified. Okay, so you don't want that. Now, here's the solution. Just like I mentioned, factual disputes, challenging other sections of the reporting can prove to be more difficult for the Bureau's and furnishers than dealing with the general statements they normally get, you don't want to send a normal dispute. You know, this is what I've been doing for each of my clients for over six and a half years now. And what has resulted in over 20,000 deletions in 2020 alone, and I'm going to give you my numbers for 2021 on the first of the year, so make sure that you stay tuned for that. Now, here's the construction writing your letters. First of all, you need to understand that you need to keep it real. And this is just my recommendation. I mean, I say you gotta understand it. But I mean, you know, you could take it with a grain of salt, right? You can take this with a grain of salt, you can actually in your Bible, it's completely up to you. But my recommendation is always to keep your disputes factual.

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
