Video notes: What up, what up ECS fam. So tonight we're looking at creditor violations. So, um, I had already recorded this video and then I did a playback and I was like, wow, that's super fricking ass boring. So I'm, I'm rerecording this and I need to get out on the wonderful YouTube so that you can watch this video. I mean, come on, I'm making this for you. So anyways, um, Saturday night, be there at the live event where I'm going to show you how to use all these violations from all three videos to get your deletions. Um, if I remembered, hopefully I remember cause it'll be 10 minutes from now as I put the link for the live page down to the description. Okay. So there are not that many creditor violations. Some of them are, you know, repeats from the other two videos. And that's just because, I mean, they kind of share some of the violations. Okay. So, um, I did catch once again, a couple more than a couple, a few. Okay. A few typos. Right? So don't hate. Appreciate. All right. So let's jump right in. I want to show you this, get the shit out of the way so that you can take this information, do something with it. All right. So I'm ignoring an investigation and investigation request that you do it all the time. Most of them pass that one, a willfully and recklessly reporting, false info to the CRA's after being notified of reporting error and feeling to investigate or crack the arrow, they do it all the time. I'm sure you've seen it. You get you, you actually need to do something about it. Like you need to, you know, take those and make a CFPB complaint or something. I mean, if you don't know about it, you can't do anything about it. So that would be including mixed files. Like, you know, that's not your date of birth. That's not this, that's not that this is incorrect inaccurate date of status or date of last activity. And that is super, super important. Um, because you can have all three bureaus reporting, a different date of last activity, pull your report and I didn't do it. And you'll see what I'm talking about. Um, and it will change when the account actually falls off your credit report. So that is why it's so important. So inaccurate balance and inaccurate remarks, okay. Reporting a charged off account without reference to the date of status or date of last activity. They do that all the time, uh, failure to report an account disputed by the consumer as disputed to the CRA's. And there's two of those on there. And, um, and that second 6 23 of the FCRA, and ITTO six B of the FTC PA failing to delete a hard ingredient. And, um, these inquiries have to have a permissible purpose.

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
