Here are all 3:
1. Saying that in as little as 30 days you'll see results because BY LAW, the bureaus are required to remove all the disputed accounts. What about the part where you have to DO SOMETHING about it to get those results? It doesn't happen automatically. The credit bureaus are NOT exempt from doing their jobs, but you have to hold them accountable by continuing to dispute
2. Only a few accounts can be disputed on a credit report at a time. This is an outright lie. I dispute 100% of the negative accounts 100% of the time for 100% of my clients
3. Only 1 bureau can be disputed at a time. Another 100% lie. I do all 3 at a time
Another one that can be added in here is that the validation of debt method can be used on charge-offs, debt buyers, bankruptcies and other accounts that are not 3rd-party collections. Don't do that either!
