And you can access the other videos right down in the description. Now, we're talking about how to write a dispute letter by answering simple, targeted questions. And you can access this PDF right down in the description as well. Also down there, you're going to find this link to schedule a one on one, call me if this is something that you want to see if I can personally help you with on your credit journey. Or you can go to hub.my740.com to access free, awesome credit repair resources. So let's go right into this. These are the questions that your dispute letter needs to answer while you're writing the letter, what you want the Bureau's to do, optionally, why it matters, but I normally don't use this, what outcome you'd like to see in the address previous issues. These are the questions your disputed account needs answer what you're disputing, like, you know, creditor name account number, why you're disputing it like the actual reason is yet it's inaccurate because of x. It's not mine, blah, blah, blah, what you want to happen, delete that account, correct it, remove it update. And if you do not answer these questions is what's going to happen, you're going to receive something that says, we don't understand the nature of your dispute, we've already investigated this dispute, and anything else that they want to come back with to get rid of you as fast as possible, because you have to remember, they're in the data business, their job is to keep this information on your credit reports and make as much money off of you as possible. So it's imperative that you write letters that get results, because remember, the longer you dispute, the harder it is to get that sucker off. So you want to use the bullet proof strategy that I'm giving to you, as well as everything that you've already learned. Or you will learn with the full series. And again, go down into the description to access all those other videos, as well as the Google Sheet tool that gives you access to creating a dispute reason that gets results. So these are this is your letter questions format. So if you take a look at this page right over here, you're going to have your personal info, the date, the Bureau, and then you're going to string together your answers to answer the question one, answer a question 234, and five. Now you can mix this up, you can add whatever you want in here. But the problem I'm seeing is that so many consumers are writing letters that do not answer these questions, or they do but it makes no sense. Or they're writing it so that it tries to confuse the system. And we don't want to confuse or try to fool the system. We're trying to beat it. And this is the way that you win. Okay, so it needs to be written this way, this is how I get all of my results, all the 20,000 deletions that I got in 2020, it was using this strategy. Alright. Now, I'm not even talking about just 2020. I mean, going back like a decade of, you know, writing letters, I get results. So if you want to get results, this is the way that I do it, you can do whatever you want to but this is how I personally get results for my clients. So now let's take a look at questioning samples. Number one, a, I found inaccuracies on my credit report they need to be fixed is really straightforward. B you do not correct inaccuracies on my credit report. See, you don't investigate or you ignored my last dispute letter.

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
