For this client, we removed a foreclosure, 2 credit card charge-offs, student loans and a repossession. Crazy, right? That's pretty heavy, but that's the magic of a credit sweep!
How we did it:
Round 1: targeted the date last active and payment history (late payments after the account was closed)
Round 2: targeted the missing notice of dispute
And you know what? I just realized that we did this in 60 DAYS, not 90! (Because the 3rd report is an update from rounds 1 (30 days) and 2 (60 days)). However, I am going to leave it like this and not re-record, because I have client files to get to!
