My client had collections (3rd party and debt-buyer collections like Portfolio Recovery and Midland), charge-offs, repos, late payments, and I removed EVERYTHING except for a handful of accounts out of the 40+ negative accounts he had.... $300k+ in fact. Oh and did I mention that it was in just 90 days?
How did I do this, you ask? Magic. No, just kidding.
I used factual disputes, I disputed directly with the collectors first before the vureaus, caught them in violations, used the violations to get my deletions, disputed with the bureaus on the other accounts, used the EvolutionLine Method on round 2, and used the Dispute Funnel to Set the Follow up.
