So many times consumers give up because this is such a frustrating process, or because they’re impatient or just don’t understand what the process actually is. That’s why I wanted to just take a second and show you a small part of what’s possible. I have clients that get 100-200-pt credit score increases in 30 days, and then I have some clients that don’t see their scores move for 8 months. Every single file is different and if you give up early, the only people that win are the bureaus because they out-waited you. I guess the big question is HOW THE HECK DO YOU FIX YOUR CREDIT THE RIGHT WAY, right? You’d start with understanding how it works. Here are a few important things to know about account types that will help you in taking your next step and then I’ll let you know where you can find additional help to get credit score increases like this: Account types: each type of account has its own average length of time for removal but keep in mind that things like balance, creditor, bureau and whether it’s paid or unpaid or even whether its been disputed before can change this timing: Medical, judgments and tax liens – avg 60 days Inquiries and late payments over 2 years – 180 days Charge-offs and their collections – avg 9 months Foreclosures, repos – 9+ Student loans and bankruptcies – 12 months As you can see from my client’s results, these are just averages and some really difficult accounts can be removed very quickly when all the cards played the right way. You can access over 450 tutorials on my channel that show you exactly how to remove the accounts yourself You can also find apps, tutorials and step-by-step instructions for free using the links in the description. And the last thing that I wanna say is that not everyone will be able to get scores like this or deletions – some accounts just can’t come off of your report and that’s the truth about it. Anyone that makes it seem like this is just a walk in the park is a dog just trying to get in your wallet so make sure you’re not buying unicorns and rainbows. If you’d like to see if it’s possible for YOU get results like this and whether it would be a good fit for me to take over your sweep, use the link in the description to schedule a call with me and I’ll see if I can help. Alright, have a great rest of your weekend and make sure that you subscribe and hit the bell for notifications so you don’t miss the tutorials that I make for you. Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
