The wrong way to write a dispute letter is to use general, vague dispute reasons that don't stipulate the exact reason why an account must be removed. The right way to write a dispute letter, or a dispute letter that will remove charge-offs, remove collections ,etc. is to use a law that backs up the dispute reason and include the facts taken directly from the credit report.
If you are wondering how to remove charge offs from a credit report, or how to remove closed accounts from a credit report, here's the answer! This can also be used to remove bankruptcy from a credit report early and even to remove an inquiry.

⭐️ Video Notes:
By the end of this
video, you're going to know exactly why
you don't want to send out dispute
letter templates and instead use factual
based disputes. But in case you
missed part one, you can check it out down in
the description right now. So here is the deep
dive. So unfortunately,
most consumers send out disputes that
look like this. It doesn't include
any facts that support the actual
argument. If we take a look at
this, it says, please verify and
validate all data for this account. Every notation,
dates, balances, whether reported or not. I'm not seeing any
dates. I'm not seeing any
balances. I'm not seeing
anything that actually says this needs to
be removed because of this reason. I mean, if you look
at this logically, the bureaus are just
going to say, oh, it's verified, and
guess what? Now you're back at step
one. This is a letter
that you would send for like round two or
round three. We're asking them to
reinvestigate. You're including
dates of your original disputes. You're including the
dates of the original, date less
paid or date less active, and whatever
dates or balances actually support
your argument. Unfortunately, this
is a letter that just would not get
resolved. Here's the reason
that this wouldn't work. All three bureaus
receive letters that look exactly like
this millions of times per month. However, the letter
on the right, you're writing it right
then in the moment based off of your
credit report. So they've never
received this letter. Not only that, but
it does include the actual reason that
you're sending the letter. Dates, balances, it
even includes the law that they're
violating. So if you take a
look at this first account here, it
says account number 12345, delete for
violation. This account has
been illegally Reaged from original date
last or actually say date last paid to
current date last paid. That is a violation. You did include the
dates. You did include the
reason for them to remove it. And this is actually
using the Gerald formula, which I've
used to remove thousands and
thousands and thousands of accounts over the
last couple of years. Now if you look at
this third account says delete for
violation of section 623, and it's
actually 623 a three, failure to enter the
required notice of dispute.
I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the world , so that right there should tell you that you need...
