Why Does the Sweep Take 45-60 Business Days to See Results?

I've gotten this question a few times this week, although the answer is posted right on the website. I decided to specifically do a post for this question.

Why does the sweep take 45-60 business days to see guaranteed results?

Let's break this down:
The bureaus have 30 days to deliver your results - delete or verify. It is either 30 days or 30 business days depending on where the credit report was obtained. The accounts that the bureaus "verify" have the be challenged again, due to the fact that they will not send the required physical proof for validation.

We take action according to the results. This is when the 2nd round happens. Our method does take awhile, but is guaranteed to work.

We have many ways to remove the negative items
There are different ways to delete these undesirable accounts. I will not give away our secrets, but it is quite simple to understand:

First is the debt validation with physical proof
We also remove them by disputing other reported elements such as:
Balance, date, comments, inconsistent from report to report, re-aging violation, address, phone number, etc.

The bureaus always violate the FCRA
Clients are afforded protection under the FCRA, and the bureaus violate these laws frequently. These are the laws which are used to remove the negative accounts. There are times in which clients must send an intent to sue for items to be removed, but if the bureaus find themselves in that position, they do sometimes remove the accounts just to avoid court.

If they still do not provide the physical proof, or are still in violation, the client can then file a suit with the court. In 99% of the cases, the client will be contacted by state representative for the bureau, who will then settle financially to keep it out of court.

This is why we have to follow a specific program. We produce results!!

Don't be fooled by those companies who promise short sweeps - these are only temporary and will reappear after a short time period.  Our deletions are permanent.

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
