Information Sheet
It is still
imperative that you read this Procedure Info Sheet as you will be
receiving the results in the mail and need to email or fax them to us
so that we can process the results and continue the Credit
Restoration Process if necessary!
RECEIVING
INFORMATION BACK FROM THE CREDIT BUREAUS:
You may receive a letter from the credit bureaus after a week or so
stating they are investigating your disputes or send you a letter of
different time frames that items may stay on or that you do not need
a third party to do this work for you, please put this into your
purple folder or you can call your Credit Consultant if you have any
questions. These are usually just
form letters
that they send out to everyone. Some are scare tactics to get you to
give up and go away. (Remember, they make more money if you don’t
do this dispute process and it
is legal for you to
get help or assistance in the Credit Restoration process if you so
choose).
Once
you have received the updated credit reports from all 3 credit
bureaus, please email or fax these off to our office.
* If you do not receive all of your results back from all 3 of the
credit bureaus after 30 days, please call our office so we can take a
stronger, alternate action. We may have to obtain new credit
reports, and there will be a no charge for this.
URGENT
– IF CREDIT BUREAUS ASK FOR MORE IDENTIFICATION - If
you receive a letter back from the credit bureau stating that they do
not have the proper documents to proceed, this is usually a stall
tactic that they use. It doesn’t happen a lot, but it could
happen. If this happens, call us or email us right away, and we will
tell you what to do from here.
If
you do not quite understand the updated credit reports,
this is fine; we will go over them with you. The majority of clients
do not read thru everything that the credit bureaus send them, and
cannot understand the investigated reports – this is why you have
hired us. We will go over them with you in detail so you can see all
of the results in black and white.
PLEASE
CHECK ALL INCOMING MAIL FOR THE DURATION OF THE CREDIT RESTORATION
PROCESS. ENVELOPES FROM THE RESULTS WILL POSSIBLY LOOK LIKE JUNK MAIL
BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE THE CREDIT BUREAUS NAME ON THEM DUE TO BEING
PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL TO PROTECT YOU AGAINST IDENTITY THIEVES.
We
will assist you with the Credit Restoration Process for as long as it
takes in the dispute process for the fee/retainer that you have paid.
If you should need further assistance such as a more dispute
attempts or further actions that are needed, there will be no other
fee charged.
