But first of all, I want to go over what we are looking for that does not belong before we ever look at a credit report. Okay, and I have my list right here. So where's your list, you need to get your pen, your paper, whatever you want to take notes on. Okay, so, b should not be on a credit report. And this is what you're looking for during an analysis, okay? Monthly payment on a closed account, especially a charge off. Okay, so you're going to see that Experian normally reports it accurately with no monthly payment, but you will find it, sometimes it will be on there, but just remember, no monthly payments on closed accounts, okay? It's going to screw up your numbers, okay? balances on transferred accounts. If the account was transferred or sold, that means that company a no longer holds that account mean? Meaning owns it. And now Company B owns it, which means that there should no longer be a balance a Past Due or a monthly payment. And same thing, like I said, monthly payments balances, or monthly payments balances are passed to the rest of the things can actually report on their like limit or original amount, that type of thing, but you're specifically looking for that. And then a charge off, that states charged off, but has no balance. It does not state that it's been transferred or sold. Obviously, it should be marked as paid, right. So those are the things that you're looking for monthly payments on closed accounts, balances monthly payments or past due on transferred accounts. And no balance doesn't state transferred or paid. So I'm going to share my screen with you. And now just remember this is going to work on. Let me just figure out what screen that I want. Okay, this is going to work on accounts, like student loans, late payments, collections, charge offs, foreclosures and repossessions. Okay, so here's a credit report. And what I did was I just did a print screen with credit check total. So this is not the printable PDF, okay. I wanted to be able to show you the difference between the online version and then the PDF version. So I literally did a screen print of the online version with accounts, not summary but accounts. And you're going to click on compare all with credit check total, okay, only use credit check total unless you absolutely can't do it and then get free credit reports all calm because it's going to be very similar. Okay. So you can go and click on EC where it says Show details right here. It'll say like ally, you know, blah, blah, blah, date open account status, show details, you're gonna click on that. So I opened all of the accounts that have negative aspects to them. So let's go down. So here is the first one American Express, want to show you what you were looking for. And let's see if I can get a pen on this or something so that you know where I'm at. I think this is a pen. I don't know, oh, here we go draw. Okay, let's see if this works. So if you look at this, you're going to see a limit right here. But there's no limit on Equifax that's disputable. Okay, so let's go

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
