And we're going to be writing the easiest dispute letter. And we have our example accounts. So over on the left over here, we have a credit report directly from identity IQ. And I'm going to show you what to look for and reason. This is example accounts to write artists the letter over here, and we're gonna fill in this boilerplate. Alright, so we're gonna get started. But if you would like to see if I can personally do this for you, so that you don't have to worry about what to say when to say it. And whether you're even saying the right thing at all, then head over to my seven forty.com schedule called me and I will see if I can help. Now let's get started. So we're starting with first Premier, I know that you can't see the creditor name, but it's right over here past where I'm recording my screen. So we have our account, we need to go and look for our inaccuracies, okay. So, we are first actually going to dispute the payment history. And the reason is, if you can't see it deal is active. I'm not too concerned about that, even though it shows two different years. So our number one inaccuracy here is going to be our payment history. Our second one is going to be our date last active. And then our third one is actually going to be our data last payment. Now I do wish that data last payment was significantly more difficult different so that we can dispute it and get it off faster. But unfortunately, we don't have that. So we can actually use this over here under our reasons in our accounts. But basically, we're going to come over here to our dispute letter. And we have our name, address, date of birth, social security number, the date, Bureau name and Bureau address. And then paragraph one, you're going to need to put only this information, why you're writing the letter, what you want them to do and any extra information like you know, you ignored me last time or any USC codes that you want to put in there. And then we're going to list our accounts. So we have our reasons, using the general formula that I use to remove over 50,000 negative items over the past four years, which is action, justifier element, reason and outcome. And you can use this to remove any negative items. So what we're going to do is we're just going to fill this in quickly, why are we writing this letter? Alright, so we're actually going to say and we're going to write our paragraph down here. And it's more like just two or three sentences, why we're writing the letter. So my paragraph is literally just remove these inaccuracies from my credit report for false reporting, and send me a new report reflecting these changes. So now we're going to come down here, we're going to put our first account in and it's actually first Premier. And account number is 517 800. They normally always start like that. Now, the action is going to be delete, because it's just a fire. And we're going to go and choose the payment history which if you look at the payment history, February 21, report to us 30 days later and Experian, but on Equifax reports, okay, and it's the opposite for January and then we don't have any payment history for TransUnion. So we're going to very simply state that the payment history reflects that January 2021, was paid on time for Experian with 30 days late for Equifax and TransUnion. And I'm assuming that for TransUnion is the same. And then on February 2021, it is the opposite. So as you can see, we let them know we wanted what we wanted to do, which was to delete the account and because the payment history was reported inaccurately and I took the fax directly from the credit reports, let's go find another account. -~-~~-~~~-~~-~- Please watch: "Credit Bureau Dispute Letter POWER Strategies (Credit Sweeps)" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WPCvGC-CovY -~-~~-~~~-~~-~-

Tips for my brokers; Craigslist, Facebook, websites, advertising and more!

I work 90% with brokers, 10% with clients, and I actually prefer to work with brokers, as I have contact with only one person instead of 300 clients. So considering there are 528 of you brokers, I figured that I would post some tips and tricks for my brokers. I will break it down into sections to make it easier reading, and if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, let me know! Advertising Advertising can be a serious pain in the butt, and it is utterly necessary for a business like this one. I will give you a couple of suggestions that work for me. I am mostly just word of mouth now and do not need to advertise, as I have thousands of clients, but there are days when I do put my business out there again for new clients. Craigslist It is quite difficult to advertise with CL now, but there are tons of ways to get around being flagged or to prevent it from happening. CL is the 4th most visited site in the  world , so that right there should tell you that you need...

3 Resons why you should wait to apply for new credit

Applying for new credit before all derogatory items are deleted: My advice to my clients is always the same: wait until you're done with your credit repair or credit sweep program, but have a strategy to move forward from there. Here's a few reasons why: #1 you may be denied if you still have 1-2 items remaning and will end up with new inquiries that will drop your score #2 it may hinder the process of removing the last few items and can add 1-3 months to the timeframe #3 you may be approved with a very low limit and would have to wait 3-5 months prior to requesting an increase. In comparison, you can wait til everything has been completed and obtain a higher limit right off the bat. Here's a real-life example: I have a client would only has 4/86 negative items remaining and he wanted to move forward with his mortgage. I advised him to wait because (see #1) it would add inquiries and he may not be approved. He'd mentioned tha...
